RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our Return Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your Boyd Night Air® bed purchase, but if you decide to exchange or return the bed during the 100 Night Sleep Trial period call a Sleep Specialist at 1-800-289-2693. You may exchange your mattress one time within the 100 Night Sleep Trial period. Exchanges between sizes and models (i.e. from Queen to King or from one style to another) will be processed as whole bed exchanges. You will be responsible for any difference in price. Comfort returns must fulfill all Sleep Trial terms. CLICK HERE to view our terms.
All merchandise being returned must be in good condition and be given a "Return Authorization" (RA) number from Customer Service, which will expire 30 days from date of issue. Boyd Night Air® will arrange for return shipping. The RA must be included with all products returned in order to track your return and promptly process your credit. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 30 business days after all products have been received and inspected at Boyd. Your refund of a product that has met the Sleep Trial terms includes the original cost of the mattress, less a $99 return shipping and handling fee. Products will NOT be issued a full refund if any of the following applies 1) mattress found to be damaged beyond normal use expectations 2) mattress is soiled 3) mattress is returned prior to a complete 30 night trial period 4) mattress is returned without acceptance of one comfort enhancement

A Boyd Night Air® Sleep Specialist will provide valuable tips on how to efficiently pack the components with shipping material supplied by Boyd Night Air®. Returns that fulfill the Sleep Trial terms are refunded the original mattress price, less $99 for shipping costs of returned components. Returns that do not fulfill the Sleep Trial terms incur a cost of $199, which is deducted from your refund. Returns of damaged or defective products or components is at no cost to you.
Defective or Damaged Product
If you think that your product has been damaged during shipment you must document the damage to the packaging and product. We recommend taking photos of the product and packaging in order to initiate a claim. Note: Bulging and discoloration of boxes is normal and occurs from handling during the delivery cycle.
If there are puncture holes, rips, tears or signs that a box has been opened or crushed you must fully inspect the product for any possible damage. If your order is arriving by freight, it is OK to have the freight company wait while you to inspect the product before accepting delivery. If there is any damage, you (or the freight company) must take a photograph of the damage. Photographs of the damage are required in order to process your claim for a free product replacement. After you have documented the damage please call a Boyd Night Air® Sleep Specialist at 1-800-289-2693 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your order number in your email. We will then communicate directly with the delivery company to arrange to have the product removed from your home and replaced.
Note: If your order is a multi-box shipment you can accept the product that is not damaged and we will file a claim for the product that is damaged. If you received damaged product(s) from shipping, you must allow us to replace and reship the product. There will be no additional charges to you if your product was damaged during delivery and you followed the above instructions.
If there is no damage to your product and you still choose to refuse your order without notifying us first and/or taking photographs to document the damage you will incur shipping charges both ways. Your refund will not process until the product(s) have been received back to our warehouse and properly inspected. This process is estimated between 45-60 days.
If you decide to cancel your order, you must notify a Boyd Night Air® Sleep Specialist at 1-800-289-2693 within 24 hours of your purchase and before your order has shipped. If you do not notify us before your order has been shipped you will be charged $199 for return shipping and handling.
Choosing bed accessories to provide personalized comfort is just as important as selecting your bed. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your accessory purchase, we will authorize a one-time exchange for a different product within 30 days of purchase. Exchanged accessories must be unopened, unused, in good condition and original proof of purchase must be presented. Because these items are of a personal nature, any opened and/or used item cannot be exchanged. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for accessory items. The only exception is an accessory item that is clearly defective or was damaged in shipping.

While we do not accept returns on adjustable Power Bases, we stand by their quality with a 20 Year Limited Warranty.
