Night Air® comfort foam is produced in a state-of-the-art sealed, pressurized chamber. This closed chamber process filters out most ozone depleting Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's) and prevents them from entering into the atmosphere.

Because our manufacturing occurs in a contained environment using pressure rather than chemicals we are able to control variables such as barometric pressure, heat and humidity, which can cause inconsistencies in ordinary foam.

To reduce our carbon footprint we compress and vacuum seal our Night Air® Smart Zone Beds prior to shipping. This not only provides greater convenience for delivery, but also allows us to ship our beds in smaller, right sized boxes.
