Free Shipping to Your Door

We ship all Boyd Night Air® Beds, mattress toppers, platform bed frames, pillows and accessories via FEDEX ground track or FEDEX freight. Please allow 72 hours (3 business days) to process your order. Once your order has been processed it is carefully prepared for shipping. Your item(s) will arrive between 6 and 8 business days after it leaves our warehouse. All items purchased from NightAirBeds.com include FREE shipping if you live in the 48 contiguous states, with the exception of California. If your bed is shipping to California, a nominal shipping charge will be added at checkout.  If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please call a Night Air Sleep Specialist at 1-800-289-2693 to determine if shipping to your location can be achieved for an additional cost. Freight Delivery

If you purchased a Night Air® Power Base 2, 3 or 6 with your new Night Air® Number Bed, your entire order will ship via a freight line of our choice. (The Power Base 5 is shipped via FEDEX) If your order is being shipped via common freight carrier, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery after leaving our facility. Once your merchandise arrives at the delivery agent's pick-up location they will call you to set up a delivery appointment. Most delivery companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. If you do not accept delivery during your appointment window you will be responsible for any additional re-delivery charges. The products will be delivered to the driveway or curb outside of the delivery address. It is your responsibility to transport the product(s) inside. At the time your merchandise leaves the warehouse, we will email you the tracking information and you can contact the shipper directly. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, “Product Damaged” clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem, and your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible. Optional White Glove Service

For an additional $199, you can rest easy while your new mattress and/or adjustable bed is set up for you. If you select White Glove Delivery, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery after you order leaves our facility. Service will be scheduled at time that is convenient for you. Service includes delivery, set up and removal of packing materials. Select White Glove Delivery as your shipping option at checkout.
